My haircut was acceptable, however, it took me two consecutive visits in order for that to happen. The first visit the stylist was nice. I gave her exact instructions on how I wanted my hair cut and she did not follow the instructions I gave her. I suspect she did this, because she believed if she cut it her way it would look better. I went home and styled my hair the way I usually do, and saw that it looked terrible because she failed to follow my instructions. So I went in to fix the botched cut and I gave the second (different) stylist exact instructions on how I wanted it to look and how I wanted her to fix it. She fixed that part and then decided that she wanted to re-cut other parts of my hair, when I had in fact, not instructed her to do so because the other parts of my hair were the way that I wanted them to be. I've gotten my hair cut at sports clips for over two years , but due to the blatant disregard for my wishes on how they cut my hair and failure to follow simple instructions, it's led me to believe that sports clips is not a reputable establishment for my hair cutting needs. Therefore I will no longer be getting my hair cut at sports clips.

Shouldn't even be giving a 1 star you dont deserve that. I was here with a service dog, she had on a vest that said she was a service dog and two of the ladies asked if she was a service dog then when I said "yes that's why she has a vest on" they continue to make guesses about what she is a service dog for. That's extremely unprofessional. I called right after I left and wanted to speak to a manager but she or he "wasn't in" so the lady then took my complaint and didn't even say "I'm sorry" or anything like that instead just said (with a very rude attitude) "well okay then." I will not waste my time here ever again. The manager of this place needs to either teach the staff about being proper to the clients or needs to fire them and get new ones. Luckily I didnt have to pay for the haircut. I will not tolerate with "professionals" guessing why I have a service dog.
